  • Note: This letter is for students who have applied to graduate and who have either attended convocation or whose graduation status shows "Program Completed".

    Login to Student Center using your Western User ID and Password to view your graduation application status under the Academics tile > Graduation > View Graduation Status. Must show: "Program Completed". 


    Can only be ordered AFTER graduation status has been updated to "Program Completed".

  • Proof of Enrolment Letters are issued by Western University.

    Login to Student Center using your Western User ID and Password to submit an 
    online request under the View and Order Documents tile > Order Official Western Letter.

  • Multi-Year Proof of Employment Letters are issued by Western University.

  • King’s University College and Western University do not issue letters clarifying the University’s Grading Scale/GPA Conversion Scale.

    Please reference Western University’s Grading Scale/GPA Conversion Scale webpage as a reference guide.

        • Note: Post-Graduation Work Permit letters for graduating students will not be issued until you are adjudicated as eligible to graduate. Check your graduation status on Student Center accordingly (Academics > Graduation > View Graduation Status). If you see that your application to graduate has been approved (updated status: “Program Completed”), you will be eligible to receive a proof of graduation letter at that time. Please wait to submit your request until after your graduation application has been approved.

        • Was your Authorized Undergraduate Leave of Absence approved after September 1, 2024?
        • For proof of an Authorized Undergraduate Leave of Absence that was approved after September 1, 2024, students are to request an Official Transcript from Western University.

          Note: If you are applying for a Post-Graduation Work-Permit, King's Post 
          Graduation Work Permit Letter will include a notation confirming any Authorized Undergraduate Leave of Absence(s).

          - Please test with Residency textbox set to INTMI/INTME > Letter submitted to IRCC? = Yes > Request = Authorized Undergraduate Leave of Absence Letter > Authorized Undergraduate LoA? = Yes and No
          Check if both results are as expected

          - Please confirm if each request shows accurate textbox and fields (for both int'l and non-int'l)

          - Please test the On Hold button in the internal form and check if it's as expected.
